Man Indicted For Murder In Westchester For Fatal Shooting, Robbery A 52-year-old suspect has been indicted and returned to New York on murder charges for allegedly robbing and fatally shooting a man in Westchester, the District Attorney’s Office announced. Virginia resident Percell Ross Blakely, of Covington, Virginia, is in custody after allegedly stealing property and shooting 62-year-old Andres Valenzuela on Main Street in New Rochelle last year. Armed Teen Apprehended In Northern Westchester For Carjacking ID'd Police have identified one of two men involved in an alleged armed carjacking of a taxi driver in Westchester County who was apprehended in Cortlandt. The incident took place around 3:13 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 17, when the Yonkers Police Department responded to the area of Elm Street and Walnut Street on a report of a robbery, said Yonkers Police Det. Lt. Dean Politopoulos. When officers arrived on the scene, they found a 39-year-old female resident of Yonkers, who said that she was working as a taxi driver when she was approached by two armed men who stole her taxi, Politopoulos said. …
