Latimer Celebrates Section 1 Semifinal Basketball Tipoff County Executive George Latimer celebrated the tipoff of the Section 1 Semifinals Basketball Playoff games at the Westchester County Center in White Plains on Tuesday night, Feb. 20.\ Latimer attended the Class C contest between third seed Tuckahoe High School and No. 2 seed Haldane High School.
