New Rochelle resident Trey McDowell, 31, pleaded guilty as a persistent violent felony offender to two counts of attempted burglary, violent felonies. Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr., said that the investigation into McDowell began following a series of home burglaries last year.
