A public health alert has been issued for a brand of frozen breakfast bowls due to possible temperature abuse during storage at a distribution center prior to delivery to retailers, which may have resulted in the growth of spoilage organisms or pathogens. The USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) said it issued the alert for the Signature Select breakfast bowls to ensure that consumers are aware that these products should not be consumed. Recall Issued For Popular Frozen Food Product Due To Possible Pieces Of Plastic
Approximately 92,206 pounds of Lean Cuisine baked chicken meals are being recalled by parent company Nestlé Prepared Foods because they may be contaminated with extraneous materials, specifically pieces of white hard plastic, the USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced. ShopRite Chicken Recalled
An undetermined amount of ShopRite brand raw, skinless, boneless chicken products has been recalled by Amboy Group LLC due to misbranding of products that may contain allergens. The four flavors of misbranded products may contain milk, egg and soy and are undeclared on the finished product labels, according to a recall notice posted Dec. 7 by the USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS).
