Police Rescue Three Children Being Held Hostage In Hudson Valley Hotel Room State Police rescued three children who they say were being held hostage in a hotel room in the Hudson Valley. Police responded at around 6:35 p.m. Friday, March 4, in Ulster County, when a Kingston man called 911 to say he was holding three children hostage at the Rodeway Inn in the Town of Ulster. The children were described as being ages 4, 2, and 1, said police. An investigation revealed that Kingston resident Scipio D. Wanted Man Busted In Mount Kisco Violating Order Of Protection A wanted man is back in hot water with law enforcement after allegedly violating a court-ordered Violation of Protection in Mount Kisco. Westchester County Police officers responded to a Maple Avenue home at approximately 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning, where they found Wilmer Castro, 33, at home with a person who has an order of protection against him. Police proceeded to arrest Castro on a criminal contempt charge for violating the court order.
