Putnam Sheriff Reports On Number Of Gun, Drug Arrests For November Hard work on behalf of the Putnam County Sheriff's Office the county has ended with fewer drugs and guns on the streets. According to Putnam  County Sheriff Robert L. Langley, Jr., during the month of November, the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department Narcotics Enforcement Unit made a total of nine arrests. Wanted Northern Westchester Man Arrested For Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation In Putnam A 29-year-old man is facing charges after allegedly driving without a license, according to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office. Putnam County Sheriff Robert L. Langley says that a deputy observed a driver commit a traffic violation on Oscawana Lake Road in the Town of Putnam Valley on Thursday, April 4 around 12 p.m. The deputy initiated a traffic stop and discovered that the driver, identified as Peekskill resident Matthew Perez, allegedly had a suspended New York State Driver’s license.
