Parking Enforcement Officer Hit By Vehicle In Westchester A parking enforcement officer struck by a vehicle while he was waiting to cross a roadway in Tarrytown received minor injuries. The incident took place around 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 13, at Broadway (Route 9) and Main St., when the officer was "clipped" by a vehicle, said Tarrytown Police Lt.
