Update - Missing Westport Boaters: Body Of 1 Man Located, 1 Remains Missing The body of a 38-year-old Hudson Valley man who went missing after the small fishing boat he was in sank in the waters of the Long Island Sound off the coast of Fairfield County has been found. The incident began in Westport about 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 22 when a boater traveling in the area of Cockenoe Island found a man standing on a navigational buoy, Lt. Hit-Run: Beloved Northern Westchester High School Teacher Dies In Cape Cod Crash Authorities are investigating after a high school teacher in New York who lived in Connecticut was killed in a hit-and-run incident in Massachusetts, police said.  Fairfield County resident Jeffrey Richardson, age 59, of Brookfield, who taught music in Northern Westchester County at John Jay High School in Cross River, died on Tuesday, July 11 following the incident that happened the day before around 9:40 p.m. in the town of Wellfleet on Cape Cod.  According to Wellfleet Police, at the time of the incident, officers were called to Route 6, where Richardson was lying unresponsive …
