Stew Leonard's Recalls Popular Product Due To Nuts Missing From Label Stew Leonard's has issued a recall of a popular dessert product. The family-owned supermarket chain said Chocolate Chunk Banana Bread may contain undeclared walnuts.  Between Thursday, Sept. 26, and Wednesday, Oct. 2, 39 units of the product were sold in Stew Leonard’s bakery department at the store’s location in Danbury, Connecticut only. The recall was initiated after a customer discovered that a loaf of Chocolate Chunk Banana Bread contained walnuts, but walnuts were not declared on the label.
