Man Accused Of Threatening People At Basketball Game At Northern Westchester Sports Club
A 44-year-old man was criminally charged after threatening people at a basketball game held at a Northern Westchester sports club, police said. Pelham resident Joseph Francis III was arrested on Sunday, Oct. 20 following an incident at the Solaris Sports Club in Yorktown at 201 Veterans Rd., Yorktown Police announced on Wednesday, Oct. 23. According to the department, just before 7 p.m., multiple callers told police that a man was screaming at people and threatening them at a basketball game held at the club.
