Stolen Ambulette Drives Wrong Way, Crashes Into Cop Cruisers In Northern Westchester: Police Two people face charges after driving a stolen ambulette the wrong way on several parkways in Northern Westchester before eventually crashing into police cars, authorities said. $3 Million Study To Look At Safety Improvements On Route 9A In Northern Westchester Work on a $3 million engineering study focused on improving the safety and infrastructure of a major main route in Northern Westchester has begun, state officials said.
