The names of the officers who fatally shot a man in the Hudson Valley after a domestic incident have been released by police. Man Nabbed For Illegally Dumping Trash, Debris Near I-84
A Putnam County Sheriff’s Deputy had to get his hands dirty to track down a suspect who illegally dumped trash and construction debris on county property near I-84. On Monday, July 29, Deputy Randel Hill was on patrol on Barrett Road in Southeast when he came upon a “large quantity” of trash that had been illegally dumped. Hill photographed the scene and proceeded to dig through several bags to find any evidence that would lead them to the owner. Putnam County Police Capt.
