Man Charged With Attempted Murder Outside Hudson Valley Restaurant A suspect has been charged after the stabbing of a 27-year-old man outside a Hudson Valley restaurant. On Sunday, Oct. 16, in Putnam County at approximately 4 a.m. sheriff's deputies were dispatched to the La Patrona Mexican Restaurant at 182 Route 22 in Southeast for a dispute in progress with a knife involved. Arriving Deputies found a large crowd outside the restaurant and quickly located the victim, a 27-year-old man, who had been stabbed in the neck and stomach area and began first-aid. 23-Year-Old Killed, 3 Injured In Head-On Crash In Area A 23-year-old man was killed and three others injured in a two-vehicle head-on crash in the area. The crash took place in Putnam Valley around 8:55 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 27 on Wood St. Putnam Sheriff Kevin J. McConville said deputies were dispatched to Wood Street near Meadow Crest Drive for an automobile accident with injuries.  Deputies, along with members of the Putnam Valley Fire Department arrived on the scene and began extrication and medical aid for the occupants of the two vehicles involved, police said. Drunk Driver Crashes Vehicle Into Condo Complex In Area A drunk driver has been arrested after allegedly crashing his vehicle into a Southeast condominium complex, according to Putnam Sheriff Robert L. Langley. Thursday, Jan. 17 after 8 p.m., police were dispatched to a report of a one-vehicle accident crash into a building in the Holly Stream condominium complex in the Town of Southeast. After further investigation, police arrested the vehicle’s driver, 61-year-old Frank Goor of Southeast, for allegedly driving while intoxicated.
