Bedford Woman Charged With Violating Protective Order In Greenwich
A Bedford woman surrendered to Greenwich Police for allegedly violating a protective order. Carmen Santos, 45, was arrested on Monday, Oct. 21, after turning herself in at Greenwich Police headquarters, said Greenwich Police. Santos allegedly contacted the victim in violation of a protective order, police said. She was released on a $25,000 bond.

Woman Charged With Violating Order Of Protection In Northern Westchester
A 43-year-old man was arrested for allegedly violating a protective order among other charges by texting and calling the victim numerous times. Valentine Arvelo, of Tarrytown, was arrested around 5:50 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 17, after the victim went to Yorktown Police Headquarters to file a complaint, said the Yorktown Police. According to police, Arvelo allegedly violating the order of protection by calling and texting the victims multiple times, causing fear and alarm, police said. Westchester Man Charged With Violating Order Of Protection In Greenwich
A 46-year-old Westchester man was arrested for violating two orders of protection in Greenwich. Jermaine Powell of Port Chester was arrested on Friday, Feb. 15, after Greenwich Police were called to a home in Byram for a report of a verbal altercation, said Greenwich Police. When officers arrived they found that Powell had violated an order the two victims had filed against him by being at the residence, police said. He was charged with violation of a protective order and held on $1,000 bond.

Westchester Man Charged With Violating Protection Order
A Westchester man was nabbed for violating a protective order after getting pulled over and officers found the protected person in the vehicle. Samuel Espinet, 35, of Yonkers, was arrested around 3:17 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, when Rockland County Sheriff's deputies pulled over his vehicle on Orangeburg Road for a traffic violation, police said. When deputies ran a check of Espinet, they found that he was under an order of protection to stay away from the passenger in the vehicle.
