A 30-year-old man nabbed for shooting an off-duty police officer in a broad daylight targeted attack next to a busy parkway in Westchester has been given new charges, officials announced. A Westchester school district in one of the state’s hottest spots for COVID-19 will be sticking with its distance learning plan through at least the end of the year. A school district in Westchester may be spending millions of dollars to educate students that are improperly enrolled in the school by using false addresses, according to a report by CBS New York.
