Police Ask Public's Help In Investigation Of Hit-Run Crash With Injuries In Westchester State Police are asking the public's help in an investigation of a hit-and-run motor-vehicle crash with injuries in Westchester. It happened on Thursday, Dec. 26 at approximately 8:20 a.m. on the southbound Sprain Brook Parkway in Yonkers. The suspect vehicle, described as silver, possibly a Honda Civic, rear-ended a red 2019 Kia Sportage.
