Wanted Northern Westchester Man Arrested For Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation In Putnam A 29-year-old man is facing charges after allegedly driving without a license, according to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office. Putnam County Sheriff Robert L. Langley says that a deputy observed a driver commit a traffic violation on Oscawana Lake Road in the Town of Putnam Valley on Thursday, April 4 around 12 p.m. The deputy initiated a traffic stop and discovered that the driver, identified as Peekskill resident Matthew Perez, allegedly had a suspended New York State Driver’s license.
