Putnam County Sheriff Robert L. Langley says that a deputy observed a driver commit a traffic violation on Oscawana Lake Road in the Town of Putnam Valley on Thursday, April 4 around 12 p.m. The deputy initiated a traffic stop and discovered that the driver, identified as Peekskill resident Matthew Perez, allegedly had a suspended New York State Driver’s license.
