Threatening Texts, Angry Taxi Rider Top Mount Kisco Police Blotter Westchester County Police detectives are investigating a series of allegedly threatening texts that a Mount Kisco student was receiving from a former classmate. A woman contacted Westchester County Police last week to report that her son was being harassed and had received multiple, unwanted, and threatening messages from a former classmate. A report was filed and police said that the case has been turned over to detectives for further investigation.
