13 Charged With Distributing Crack Cocaine Throughout Westchester
Thirteen people are facing charges for allegedly distributing crack cocaine throughout Westchester County.
It is alleged that Wendell Jones, Jesse Dabbs, Jason Bogan, Byron Mountain, Sarah Gillon, Dorothy “Dot” McAllister, Gustavo “Tavo” Gonzalez, Kevin Herbin, Willie “Black” Sims, Maurice Ellis, Isaac “Face” Mallory, Hakim “Hak” Anderson and Rahmen “Major” Garraway sought to distribute more than 280 grams of crack cocaine in Northern Westchester.
