Beloved Northern Westchester Business Owner Dies At 69 A community is mourning the loss of a Hudson Valley woman who once owned two popular businesses in Northern Westchester and was known for her love of crafting.  Putnam County resident Diane Callahan-Caro of Brewster died on Friday, Jan. 19 in Newark, New Jersey at the age of 69, according to her obituary.  Born in Morristown, New Jersey in 1954, Callahan-Caro went on to graduate from Lakeland High School in Shrub Oak in 1972 before earning her bachelor's degree from Briarcliff College.  Years later in 1978, she married John Caro in Peekskill and together, they live…
