Stop & Shop has become the latest to begin offering walk-in, same-day COVID-19 vaccines. In an effort to expand vaccination efforts, the grocery giant announced that it has the supply to begin offering either the two-dose Moderna or one-shot Johnson & Johnson vaccine at its more than 250 pharmacies to all eligible customers. New data has found that the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine vials will maintain its efficacy and stability for several months if it is properly stored at temperatures found in refrigerators.
