Three Teens Charged With Vandalizing Park In Northern Westchester With Graffiti A trio of teenagers are facing charges for allegedly vandalizing a Northern Westchester park with graffiti. On July 27, members of the Yorktown Police Department were dispatched to Ivy Knolls Park, where there was a graffiti complaint. Upon arrival, officers found that the park had been vandalized overnight, leading to an investigation. Officers from the Patrol and Detective Divisions began the investigation, which led to the arrest of three minors, two boys and a girl, all 14 years old, who were taken into custody between July 31 and Aug. 6.
