Police: BMW Driver Busted With Marijuana Smoke Coming From Window In Westchester A Westchester man is facing a drug charge after being busted with alleged marijuana smoke billowing from his BMW during a traffic stop in Scarsdale. An officer conducting drug and alcohol enforcement with the BESTADE (Bronxville Eastchester Scarsdale Tuckahoe Alcohol Enforcement) Task Force at approximately 9;30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 29 stopped White Plains resident Jonathan Villegas on Post Road near the intersection of Huntington Road.
