Body Found In Northern Westchester Reservoir Apparent Suicide A body found pulled from a section of the Croton Reservoir in Yorktown on Sunday, Jan. 20 is being handled as an apparent suicide. A rescue crew pulled the body from the waters shortly after it was discovered around 9 a.m. near the intersection of Hunterbrook Road and Baptist Church Road.  According to Adam Bosch, a spokesman with the state Department of Environmental Protection, which oversees the watershed area, the death is "being investigated as an apparent suicide," and that no further information would be available, including the person's identity or hometown.
