Woman's Body Found In Wooded Area In Hudson Valley Police are investigating after the body of a Black woman was found in a wooded area in the Hudson Valley. The woman's body was found in Rockland County on Wednesday, April 3, in the area of the baseball field on Dutch Lane in the village of Spring Valley. Spring Valley Police said the woman is about 60 years years old but did not provide details on how the woman, who has not yet been identified, died or where. Ned Lamont announced late Saturday afternoon, May 30 that there are now 533 patients are being hospitalized. That's a drop of 44 from a day earlier. There were 44 new fatalities, bringing the statewide total to 3,912. A total of 246,935 tests have been reported to the state, with 5,542 new cases.
