An accused Peeping Tom admitted to illegally recording videos in dressing rooms inside the clothing store he worked at in a Westchester mall. Heriberto Polanco, age 27, pleaded guilty to unlawful surveillance this week for secretly recording women in dressing rooms while he worked at Forever 21 at the Cross County Center in Yonkers. Polanco, a Bronx resident, pleaded guilty to three felony counts of unlawful surveillance. Former Clothing Store Employee In Westchester Charged With Recording Women In Dressing Rooms
An accused Peeping Tom is facing a host of charges for allegedly recording videos of women in dressing rooms when he worked at a clothing store in Westchester. Bronx resident Heriberto Polanco, 27, was charged in a 48-count indictment for recording videos of unsuspecting customers while he was still employed at Forever 21 in the Cross County Shopping Center in Yonkers. Specifically, Polanco was charged with 24 counts each of unlawful surveillance by using or installing an imaging device for amusement or profit and using an imaging device for no legitimate purposes. Popular Restaurant Chain Closes Danbury Mall Location
Another Fairfield County restaurant has closed its door due to the financial hardships connected with the COVID-19 pandemic. The Brio Tuscan Grille, a local favorite for Italian dining in the Danbury Fair Mall, has permanently closed, according to its parent company. The company has filed for bankruptcy protection from creditors, crediting the global pandemic as the reason.
