ID Released For Man Who Died After Boat Overturned In Long Island Sound Officials have identified the person killed when a 17-foot-boat overturned in Long Island Sound. Eul Lee, 64, from Fort Lee, New Jersey, was killed during a boating accident in Long Island Sound on Sunday, Nov. 3, said the  Department of Energy and Environmental Protection State Environmental Conservation Police. Marotto died Wednesday, July 17, when a large tree limb fell on the driver's side of his vehicle in front of 3595 Park Ave., said Fairfield Police Capt. Robert Kalamaras. When officers responded they found Marotto, of Southington, unconscious in the driver seat, Kalamaras said.
