New Update: Missing NY Girl Located New update: A 16-year-old New York girl who went missing has been found. Emily Clapper, a resident of Herkimer County, about 80 miles west of Albany. had last been seen on Monday, Oct. 2. Late Thursday night, Oct. 5, New York State Police announced she was located in "good health" in southern Otsego County, in the city of Oneonta by Oneonta Police.  "We would like to thank the public for their assistance," state police said in a statement.
