A Northern Westchester man allegedly driving under the influence with a beer can in his car was taken into Westchester County Police custody by police custody during a traffic stop in an area, investigators said.
Mount Kisco resident Ishiah Jacoby, 61, was stopped in the Blackeby parking lot at approximately 7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23, after he was seen driving erratically through a stop sign, a Westchester County Police spokesman said.

Route 22 Stop Results In Drug Charges For Man, Woman From Northern Westchester
A Route 22 stop in Putnam County resulted in separate drug-related charges for a man and woman from Northern Westchester.
At approximately 7:10 p.m. Saturday, April 6, Putnam County Sheriff's Deputy Christopher Irwin observed a vehicle commit traffic violations on Route 22 in Southeast, Putnam County Sheriff Robert L. Langley Jr. said.
After a traffic stop of the vehicle, a subsequent investigation revealed that the vehicle’s driver, Michael Conti, 31, of Peekskill, was allegedly impaired by a drug, Langley said.

On Saturday, March 2, State Police from Brewster arrested Juan C. Ramos Mendez, 23, of Cortlandt, for DWI and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, both misdemeanors.
