Gas Prices Continue To Spike As Demand Rises, Supplies Wane, AAA Says
As temperatures continue to ride, so too does prices at the pump for motorists nationwide as winter slowly turns to spring.
Nationally, as of Thursday, March 14, gas prices are up eight cents since a week ago, to an average of $2.52 per gallon, according to AAA. That price is 34 cents more expensive than a month ago as refineries begin transitioning from a cheaper winter blend to a more expensive, eco-friendly summer blend.

Start Of Spring Sees Gas Prices Rise, With No Relief In Sight
Spring has sprung in the tristate area, bringing with it a spike in gas prices with no relief in sight according to AAA.
For weeks, gas prices have slowly, but surely, continued to creep upward, to a national average of $2.63 per gallon, up 10 cents from a month ago and 73 cents a year ago, when the average was $2.29 per gallon.

There is no relief in sight for drivers’ wallets at the pump, as gas prices continue to rise and should continue to do so well into the spring, according to AAA.
