Master Electrician Sol Gibbons, 94, Was A 48-Year Resident Of Mount Kisco
Solomon (Sol) Gibbons died on Nov. 12, 2020 at the age of 94, in White Plains. He was born on April 3, 1926, in Grimsby, England and grew up in the East End of London. After surviving the London Blitz by sheltering in the Underground, Sol entered the RAF in 1946. In 1954, he immigrated to the United States, where he continued working as a master electrician. Sol lived for 48 years in Mt. Kisco and most recently in White Plains.

Longtime Chappaqua Resident Dolores Ryan, 82, Of Somers, Was Always The First One To Volunteer
Dolores A. Ryan, 82, died at home in Somers on Oct. 7.
Born in Manhattan, Dolores was a 64-year resident of Chappaqua and Ocean Park, ME, where she spent her summers at the beach among family and friends. She was a graduate of Horace Greeley High School and Endicott College.
After college Dolores was proud to have worked as a buyer and merchandiser for Lord & Taylor in Manhattan, eventually trading that career to raise her family.

Town Board Member, Ex-Greenburgh Police Officer Dies At 63
Kevin Morgan, a beloved Greenburgh Town Board member, and retired Greenburgh police detective has died.
Morgan, a lifelong resident of Elmsford, died following a short battle with cancer on Thursday, April 4. He was 63.
Greenburgh Town Supervisor Paul Feiner said the world lost a good man when Morgan passed away.
"Greenburgh Councilman Kevin Morgan was a good man," he said. "Kevin was a good family man – devoted to his wife, children, and grandchildren."
Feiner went on to say that Morgan was a good councilman, a good police officer, and a good neighbor.
