ID Theft Suspect Charged With Attempting To Steal $6K In Westchester, DA Says A 35-year-old man is facing charges after allegedly stealing the identity of a Connecticut resident and attempting to take out thousands of dollars from his bank account in New Rochelle. Anthony Pistone, of the Bronx, was arraigned this week on identity theft and other charges related to his attempt at stealing from another person’s bank account using his victim’s identity.
