17-Year-Old Dies After Jumping From Bridge In Newtown A 17-year-old boy has died after being pulled from the water underneath a bridge in Fairfield County that he had jumped from, police said.  The 17-year-old's death resulted from an incident that happened on Thursday, July 27 just before 2 p.m., when Newtown Police officers responded to the Silver Bridge on Glen Road near the Southbury town line after receiving a call for help. 17-Year-Old Intentionally Hits Man With Car In Westchester, Drives Away A 17-year-old boy was arrested after intentionally hitting a 43-year-old pedestrian with a car in Westchester and then driving away, police said.  The incident happened on Wednesday, May 31 just before 10:30 p.m., when police responded to the area of 149 North Ave. in New Rochelle on a report of a car hitting a pedestrian before leaving the scene, according to New Rochelle Captain J. 17-Year-Old Shot, Killed At Apartment Complex In Hudson Valley Police are searching for a suspect after a 17-year-old boy was shot and killed overnight in the Hudson Valley. The incident took place in Rockland County around 2:30 a.m., Friday, July 8 in Spring Valley at the Meadow Lane Apartments at 150 West Eckerson Road. The teen, who was found by Spring Valley officers responding to shots fired, was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern where he was pronounced dead, said Det.
