- James Comey
- Neither one

The complaint says Comey allowed a friend to leak a memo about his talks with the president in order to trigger the appointment of a special counsel, according to published reports.
In his testimony to Congress on Thursday, Comey, a Yonkers native, admitted to sharing contents of an unclassified memo with a Columbia Law Professor who then passed it onto the media.
Kasowitz accused Comey of actively attempted to undermine the president. Trump also accused Comey of being a leaker on his personal Twitter account.
A lawyer told the Washington Post that Kasowitz's complaint was "frivolous grandstanding," and that initiating an investigation because you don't like someone could be considered obstruction of justice.
Trump, who owns the $19 million Seven Spring estate in Bedford, also owns Trump National Golf Club Hudson Valley in Stormville and Trump National Westchester in Briarcliff Manor. The Trump name also adorns Trump Tower At City Center in White Plains, Trump Plaza in New Rochelle, Trump Park Residences in Yorktown and the Donald J. Trump State Park on the Westchester/Putnam border.
