Cops: Mount Kisco Man Arrested On Cocaine Charges

MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- Wayne George Brown, 38, of Mount Kisco was arrested after police executed a search warrant of his home on Woodland Street and allegedly found an amount of cocaine in excess of two ounces.

Brown was also searched and reportedly had 15 small bags of cocaine in his possession.

Brown was subsequently charged with possession and sale of controlled substances in the third degree, class “B” felonies.

Westchester County Department of Probation was notified as Brown is currently on probation for a previous drug related offense that occurred in 2008, also in the confines of Mount Kisco.

Brown was arraigned before Mount Kisco Justice John Donohue. Brown was subsequently remanded to the Westchester County Jail without the option of posting bail.

Brown is scheduled to return to the Mount Kisco Justice Court on Oct. 3.
