What's closed:
- The Bedford Central School District will be closed.
- Mount Kisco government offices will be closed.
- Post Offices will be closed.
- The Mount Kisco Public Library will be closed.
- Most banks will be closed.
- All courts and state and federal government offices will be closed.
What's open:
- Check with individual restaurants and retail outlets for any special holiday hours on Wednesday.
