MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- Firefighters from around the region marched in the Mount Kisco Fire Department's parade on Friday evening. July 11, amid warm weather and with throngs of people on the sides.
Mount Kisco firefighters were joined by counterparts from several communities. They included Bedford Hills, Katonah, Bedford, Chappaqua, Millwood, Pound Ridge, Yorktown Heights, Somers, Pleasantville, Armonk, Banksville, Greenwich, New Canaan, Somers, Mahopac, Mahopac Falls, Brewster, Ossining, Thornwood, Valhalla, Briarcliff Manor, Montrose and Danbury.
The parade, which went through downtown Mount Kisco and included several musical performers, went for about an hour and a half.
