MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- Mount Kisco officials don’t have a medical marijuana dispensary in their village. But, they’re already talking about ways to place limits on where such operations may open in the future, according to lohud.com.
Mayor J. Michael Cindrich said officials may act to change the zoning codes and are discussing whether it may be necessary to require a special permit for those wishing to open a dispensary, according to lohud.com.
The mayor’s comments come soon after the first dispensaries opened across the state .
