Free parking will be identified at all pay stations from Dec. 5 to Jan. 1.
Participants are advised to read the two-hour or four-hour time restriction on the signs; tires will be marked to discourage commuter parking.
Parking lots and limits are:
- Shoppers Park, two- and four-hour parking.
- South Moger, two- and four-hour parking.
- North Moger, two-hour parking; 12-hour meters excluded.
- Blackeby, two- and four-hour parking; 12-hour meters excluded.
- Dakin, two- and four-hour parking.
- Corner of Main and E. Hyatt, two-hour parking.
Employees of downtown businesses may park free all day during this time period in the North Moger parking lot. Participants must obtain a permit in the Tax Receivers Office, Village Hall.
