WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- An accident that blocked the right lane caused heavy delays on the southbound Saw Mill River Parkway in Mount Kisco on Tuesday morning.

The 7:45 a.m. accident was at Kisco Avenue (Exit 37), with stop-and-go delays to Green Lane. The lane reopened shortly after 8:30 p.m.
