Can folding your slice mean you're prone to act in a certain way? What seems the standard vehicle of consumption for pizza-eaters across the New York area can actually hint at personality traits, according to a recent Daily Meal article.
How Do You Eat Your Pizza
- I fold it, of course
- I keep it classic and go flat
- Knife and fork is my go-to
- Going crust first is how it should be done
Using research from a study done by body-language experts at Emory University, the article claims that those who fold their pizza tend to be more fiery.
If you’re a “folder,” you are likely driven, and are competitive by nature. You’re also a “take-charge” kind of person and won’t waste time by eating terrible pizza or using a knife and fork.
The article goes on to say how those who eat a slice flat tend to be more careful, and those who use knives and forks tend to be 'steady, stable, and methodical.'
Since folded slices are synonymous with New York pizza and culture, it may be no coincidence that folded eaters tend to be demanding and on the go.
