Using research from a study done by body-language experts at Emory University, the article claims that those who fold their pizza tend to be more fiery.

If you’re a “folder,” you are likely driven, and are competitive by nature. You’re also a “take-charge” kind of person and won’t waste time by eating terrible pizza or using a knife and fork.

The article goes on to say how those who eat a slice flat tend to be more careful, and those who use knives and forks tend to be 'steady, stable, and methodical.'

Since folded slices are synonymous with New York pizza and culture, it may be no coincidence that folded eaters tend to be demanding and on the go.
