The clinic gives children a comfort level with visiting their doctor, hospital or emergency room by having them take teddy bears through medical treatments, healthy habits, X-rays, splints, stitches and casts. Children will also take a tour of the pediatric unit.
Children and their teddy bears can also engage in interactive events on exercise, healthy eating, first aid and safety, reducing exposure to germs and ambulance tours.
The last tour is scheduled to begin at 10:15 a.m. Parents can register their children online.
