MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- Chris Powers, PowerFit instructor and full body trainer, incorporates a total body workout with speed, agility, strength and core power at his PowerFit classes on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Wednesday classes are held at 5:30 p.m., and Saturday classes are at 5 p.m.
His Saturday classes are geared toward high school athletes looking to stay in shape during the offseason.
