With hundreds in attendance, including many children dressed in Halloween costume, the breakfast raised thousands of dollars. Proceeds are being donated to the local chapter of the Appalachian Service Project, “a Christian ministry open to all people that address the housing needs of central Appalachia.”
Since 1969, the ASP has brought over 375,000 volunteers from around the nation to rural Central Appalachia to repair over 17,000 homes for low-income families
Past beneficiaries of Mt. Kisco Rotary’s breakfast include the Community Center of Northern Westchester, Mt. Kisco Rotary’s Scholarships for local college bound high school students, the Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester, Mt. Kisco AYSO soccer, Mt. Kisco Little League Baseball and Mt.
