TARRYTOWN, N.Y. - The Ruby Media Group a social media and public relations agency located in Mt. Kisco, swept the recent Advertising Club of Westchester's annual Big W Awards.
The Advertising Club's gala and banquet, which honors some of the leading advertisers, marketers, photographers and public relations consultants in Westchester, was held June 6.
The awards ceremony took place at Abigail Kirsch at the Tappan Hill Mansion and has been an Advertising Club tradition since the group was formed in 1968. The panel of judges was comprised of 12 professionals that work in the related industries.
The Best of Show Award is awarded to the company with the best entry in every category. The Norman Liss Award for Public Service goes to the best entry in the public service category. The Peoples Choice Award is voted by the various companies participating in the awards ceremony.
Ruby Media Group swept the ceremony, winning 34 awards. Seven of those awards were gold.
The ceremony was truly an inspiring moment, Kristen Ruby, President of Ruby Media Group, said. Ruby began her company three years ago, when she was just 22. If you stay focused, you can achieve great things out of college," she said.
