Beloved Hudson Valley Teacher Dies Unexpectedly A beloved Hudson Valley teacher recently passed away unexpectedly at the age of 60. Orange County resident Kathy Butsko, of Newburgh, died on Monday, Nov. 29. Chay Ortiz, the founder of Mole Mole, a Mexican eatery in the City of Poughkeepsie, died suddenly at home on Tuesday, March 2, according to his obituary.
