One Rushed To Westchester Medical Center In Critical Condition After Two-Vehicle Crash In Area A woman was seriously injured after being hit by a BMW SUV while riding a dirt bike in the Hudson Valley. The incident took place in Rockland County around 10 p.m., Tuesday, July 12 in Nanuet in the area of N. Pascack Road and Clark Drive. The crash occurred when a 27-year-old New City woman was struck by the BMW while driving a dirt bike, said Det. Norm Peters of the Clarkstown Police. Port Chester Teen Caught Driving With Stolen License Plate In Greenwich, Police Say An 18-year-old teen was busted for driving with a stolen plate and other charges after being stopped for not having a front license plate. Kevin Samayoa-Ramirez of Port Chester was arrested Sunday after Greenwich Police noticed the car he was driving did not have a front license plate, said Greenwich Police.  During the stop, officers discovered Samayoa-Ramirez was driving with a stolen license plate and did not have a driver's license, police said.
