Hudson Valley Woman Charged With Identity Theft A 39-year-old woman is behind bars after being charged with two felony counts of identity theft, State Police from the Wappinger barracks said Saturday. Troopers received a complaint on Oct. 15, 2017 of a fraudulent line of credit opened in the victim’s name. Continued investigation determined Susan Odell of Poughkeepsie opened multiple lines of credit and monetary loans in the name of the victim which she used to purchase goods, police said.
