Westchester Man Sentenced For Having Hundreds Of Images Of Child Porn A 30-year-old Westchester man will register as a sex offender after being caught with a collection of child porn on his home computer. Yonkers resident Richard Silva was sentenced to 10 years probation with sex offender conditions, Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr., announced on Tuesday.  Silva pleaded guilty to one count of possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child in March. Yonkers Man Pleads Guilty To Having Hundreds Of Images Of Child Porn A Westchester man pleaded guilty to a felony charge after being caught with a collection of child porn on his home computer. Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr. announced on Wednesday that 29-year-old Richard Silva of Yonkers has pleaded guilty in County Court to a felony charge of possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child.
